Although corn cereal is popular and easy to make, it may not be the best option. Its just corn. But if you do buy it, buy Organic corn cereals only, all others are GMO, which means scientists made it in a lab.. Gross!

Keep it simple
Lunch is also important. Make is simple. Not fast food simple!
Fast food has been processed and filled full of chemicals to make sure it lasts long. It is filled with grease which clogs our skin and gives us acne.. AAHHHH! Not what I want!!! Also, you can hardly find anything on the menu that isnt dead!
My mommy always says,"If you want to live, eat LIVE foods, if you want to die, eat DEAD food!
We need the enzymes in the fresh foods to process and get the minerals from the food. Food is life to us! Just as oxygen is. You dont want to sit around and breath in dirty smoky air, that'll cause cancer and lung problems. Just as if we sit around and eat junky food it'll cause cancer, diabetes and lots of weight gain.

Walk them after a meal, its great for digestion.. Which makes your food digest faster and helps you loose weight! Dont run though, it hurts your digestion!!! do not walk the dog after it eats a big meal though it might get twisted stomach.

juice fasting
JUICE FASTING or just JUCING is very good for your health. If you ever do this the rules are no eating at all, and most people do it for 10 days. But do not use store bought juice. This is not the same as fresh juice. Fresh juice contains needed vitamins and minerals. WATCH the movie: FAT, SICK & NEARLY DEAD. Its great!
